In most cases if you are a student or instructor and can't see all the areas you feel you should see, make sure you are logging in with your student or instructor email.   If you created multiple accounts in our system and used a different email address, only the email address you used to pay for your accounts will have access.

If you are sure you are logging in with the proper email address, then submit a ticket and make sure you put in the ticket the exact email address you feel should have access.
